Quick Assign™ makes it easy to instantly assign claims to GAB Robins online. Currently, GAB Robins accepts online assignments from insurance carriers, managing general agencies, self-insured entities or their brokers for the following types of U.S. claims:

• Property
• Auto Liability
• Auto First-Party
• General Liability

These claims can be handled as full adjustments, appraisals or task assignments. EYE Advisor™ Quick Assign™ is not a consumer claims reporting service.

If you would like to assign a workers' compensation claim and are a GAB Robins contract client, please call 1-800-464-2034.

Using Quick Assign™

1. Click on the button at the bottom of this page to log in.
2. Provide your valid User ID and password.
3. Complete the electronic form with the following information. All required information fields are marked with an asterisk (*) on the form.
• Type of assignment
• Assignor’s name and contact information
• Claim type and policy or claim number
• Insured and/or claimant's name and contact information
• Date of loss
• ZIP code of loss location
• Coverage information
• Special handling instructions
4. Immediately after submitting the completed form, you will receive a confirmation number and the contact information for the GAB Robins branch office that will supervise the claim.
5. The claim information is routed automatically to the office supervising the claim.
6. The supervising office assigns the claim to an adjuster for prompt handling.
7. You will receive an acknowledgement letter identifying the GAB Robins file number, branch office and adjuster assigned to handle the claim.
