Our claims professionals participate in rigorous training from the time they are hired throughout their career with the company. We also encourage education by publishing information bulletins and supporting participation in programs sponsored by industry organizations, such as the Associate in Claims (AIC) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation programs.
GAB Robins also sponsors internal recognition programs, such as the annual Chairman’s Award for Excellence and the President’s Club. The Chairman’s Award recognizes branch offices that embody excellence and success in all aspects of their operations. Individuals achieving excellence in such areas as customer service, project leadership, productivity and teamwork are considered for induction into the President’s Club.
