EYE Advisor™ Express
EYE Advisor™ Express provides 24/7 real-time Web access to online claims through a single, secure, corporate-level User ID. Express allows multiple users within an account to share secured access in order to:
Express customers can review their customized claims handling instructions through the GAB Robins Tailored Account Specifications (TAS) tool. TAS is used by the GAB Robins’ adjusting team to ensure your account guidelines are followed every time and on every claim. Quick Suite features in Express are Quick Assign, which enables efficient, real-time claims assignment to GAB Robins, and Quick View, which shows the status of Quick Assign claims.
EYE Advisor™ Interactive Quick Track is a feature that tracks significant milestones and dates throughout the life of a claim and displays them in a list format or as a graphic timeline. Interactive also includes access to your account set-up information and Tailored Services and Requirements (TSAR) settings, which facilitate the customization of system data fields, making more customer-specific fields available for
EYE Advisor™ reporting. Interactive customers access the system from a Web portal on www.gabrobinsna.com that can be personalized with your company logo.
EYE Advisor™ Interactive includes all of the features in our Express product and takes them to a more collaborative, personalized and truly interactive level. Interactive gives you several ways in which to communicate with all other parties involved in managing your claims. Accessed by secure, individual User IDs, Interactive expands the capabilities of Express to include a customer communications facility, Quick Notes, which enables you to:
Interactive also has the ability to link the primary claim record to our Managed Care and Investigative Services activities through Quick Link. Two additional Quick features – Quick Alert and Quick Track – are also included in the Interactive product. Quick Alerts are automatic e-mail notifications to customers about significant events, defined and managed by the customer and triggered when changes made to the data indicate the event has occurred.
